Serve within the Church

Buildings and Grounds

There are 40 indoor spaces – each dedicated to people of all ages growing in faith. There are many opportunities to assist in caring for the physical resources that God has given us. Some of these include lawn mowing and caring for the grounds.

Caring Ministries

Caring Ministries maintains a Care List of senior church members who are home-bound, hospitalized, and/or in need of medical treatment. We also send birthday greetings to those members 80 years of age and older and regularly telephone or visit members on the Care List. We also make daily hospital visits and organize Heritage Sunday to recognized 50-year+ members of Cargill.

Cargill offers transportation to and from Cedar Crest for 9am worship each Sunday.

Welcome Ministries

We are always looking for welcoming people to join our Hospitality Ministry. Below is a list of ways to serve:

• Audio/Video
• Communion Server
• Fellowship Server
• Greeter
• Offering Counter
• Reader
• Sanctuary Preparation
• Welcome Desk Host

Next Generation Ministries

We are always looking for teachers and shepherds to guide and nurture our Next Generations. If you enjoy working with children and youth or have a background in teaching, we’d love to have you be a part of our team.
