This is why we support the “God Is Faithful Temporary Shelter” (GIFTS), a men’s shelter in Janesville. Serving opportunities include intake workers, overnight hosts, providing meals (breakfast or supper) and laundry.
Cargill is the host of GIFTS Men’s Shelter four times a year. Check the Events Calendar for details on our next opportunity to serve. For more information call Brian Schmoldt at 608-247-2461.
You can also serve GIFTS as an individual or family. Check out our open spots and choose a time that works for you (please note that our overnight volunteers must complete an online application) We welcome pre-made meals that can be frozen (for 20 servings), meat that can be frozen, and non-perishable food items to help!
